Throughout this document the term 'Old MMO Gamers Network' or 'OMMOG' will refer to all Internet Servers and connections used by OMMOG in any way. The term 'client' will refer to any person, organization, company or entity that is connecting to any of the computer systems,hardware,website or hosting service operated by OMMOG in any form or manner. The term 'contract' or 'subscription' will denote any service provided by OMMOG. Any client software provided by OMMOG is also included in the term 'service'.

By applying for an account for any service operated or provided by OMMOG, the client affirms that they have full authority to enter into the contract and are of a legal age to do so. The client further agrees to fully indemnify OMMOG and its associates from any legal proceedings.

Use of any OMMOG service is solely at the risk of the client. OMMOG will not be held responsible for impersonations.

In reference to the above fact, if a person applys for use of this service under fraudulent circumstances, in the case of under age the person(s) legal guardians will be held responsible for all actions by that person.

OMMOG reserves the right to remove any item, and terminate the access of any entity of questionable nature on any of its servers, and will provide access information to authorized law enforcement agencies, if warrented. Removal of any data and client logins is solely up to the discretion of OMMOG Administration.

For purposes of public/private forums and moderation of such, to adhere to OMMOG's web hosting company's Terms of Service. * ALL * text wither in text form, graphics or any other form conveying an idea WILL BE POSTED IN ENGLISH ONLY. Any non-english post or information found will be immediately deleted without warning. If the non-enlish posting continues, the login repsonsible will be banned from posting further.

Neither OMMOG. nor its associates will be held either financially or materially responsible for any damage, loss of income, business or goodwill, either real or imaged due to outside influences beyond its control such as hacking, computer virii, programs and data gained from the internet no matter how vaguely associated with its servers or clients connected to the Internet, or any liability either real or imagined due to any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction of, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence or under any other cause of action, including 'acts of god'.

For services that require a login and password, the client is totally responsible for the security of their login password. Any login from any source that gives the proper login and password and is connected successfully to any server operated by OMMOG will be deemed AS that person, any acts committed by this successful login will be placed on the person owning that login. If you feel that your account has been compromised you are to IMMEDIATELY inform OMMOG. (in the case of forums, inform the administrator or change your password in your use profile)

All data and client software provided and owned by OMMOG, remains the sole ownership of OMMOG. All client software obtained from OMMOG is the intellectual property of OMMOG and may not be sold, modified, or transferred in anyway or form without the express written permission of OMMOG.

Any tampering with the servers or any client software owned or operated by OMMOG will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law. OMMOG will not be held responsible for any change to any item or data held on its servers, or changes to any client software, by an unauthorized outside source.

By applying for any service operated or provided by OMMOG (wither subscribed or free) you affirm you understand all aspects set forth in this document and be bound by the same whenever you are connected to any OMMOG service, or using client software provided by OMMOG, in any way.
